If you don't want to download software from a website and prefer the official store, this is your best bet.

• How to use it:

  1. Open the Microsoft Store on your PC.

  2. Search for "AirMirroring - Screen Mirroring & Cast". It is unbelievably FREE!

  3. Install and open it. 

Your laptop will now show up on your iPhone's Screen Mirroring list.
