• Window Explore > View tab > Options (folder options)
• View > unchecked the box [] hide extensions for known file type > OK

2-Convert the file from BIN to MP4

• Select the file to be converted > Right-Click > Properties > change the extension to mp4

In another note, Google drive offers a good rate in general +plus 0 (zero) storage space applied to any file in your storage that is saved using Google Doc format. This means that if you are smart you can extend a little more your limited storage.

Delete your Gmail Account Permanently

Note: If you have more than one Google Account, deleting one won’t delete the others.

To delete your Google Account, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Google Account.
2. On the left navigation panel, click Data & personalization.
3. On the Download, delete, or make a plan for your data panel, click Delete a service or your account.
4. On the Delete your Google Account panel, click Delete your account.
5. Type your email password. 
6. You have the option here to download your email data if you want.
7. Check those 2 acknowledge boxes and Delete Account bottom

How to have Google Drive on your computer?

1. Go to Google Drive download
2. Install the application on your computer.
3. On your computer, you'll see a folder called "Google Drive." located in Win10 in the "Quick Access" section (Window Explorer)
4. Now you have access to all the material you previously saved in your Google Drive. You can do:
1. Copy all those files in a safe location as a backup
2. Drag files or folders into that folder. They will upload to Drive and you will see them on drive.google.com. In other words, they will be in the cloud. The program will synchronize whatever you add to the folder as well as remove whatever you remove from it. So use this folder wisely.

Other ways to do more automatic however less out of you control is to use the Google Takeout app. This is a Google service created to allow users to back up any of their Google Service.

There are many mind mapping software in the market however is a nightmare to pick one because on most of them you cannot measure how good they are until you pay the price and suffer the consequences.

I found mind mapping a great too for me because I am super visual.
